Refund policy

To start a retour, contact info@tinycraftsatelier.com.
If your retour is accepted you will receive instructions. Items send back to here without contacting first, will not be accepted.

Damage or problems
Inspect your order at arrival and contact me as fast as possible if there is damage, something is broken or you received the wrong article. We will evaluate the problem and find a solution.

Retour exceptions
Certain articles may not be returned. This applies to specialized and/or personalized products, like the stickers or crochet made to order. Please contact me at info@tinycraftsatelier.com with any questions about your product.

Products on sale or giftcards also cannot be returned.

EU reflection period
Within the EU there is a legal cooling-off period of 14 days. This means that you have the right to cancel or return any purchase within 14 days without a reason for any reason at all. The product does need to be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and undamaged in the original packaging including proof of purchase.

Refund
After having received the return it will be inspected, you will be notified through e-mail and will learn if it is accepted or not. After acceptance you will get your money back within 10 weekdays through the original payment method. Don't forget that it can take a few days longer for banks and creditcardcompanies to fulfill the transfer. Please contact me at info@tinycraftsatelier.com if it has been more than 15 days since the acceptance of your return.
